Winter Session
Mondays at 12:00 noon
at 6:00 pm
Tuesdays at 11:00 am
at 6:30 pm
Wednesdays at 12:00 noon
Thursdays at 6:00 pm
Fridays at 12 noon
Saturdays at 9:30 am
During winter session, classes will be limited to 5 participants maximum
Additional time and days will be added depending on demand.
Formats - Circuit Training, M.I.I.T, Tabata, Mini Circuits, H.I.I.T, E.M.O.M.

- all fitness levels are welcome
- ages 18+ all the way up to 80
No Membership required, ticket system
FIRST CLASS IS ON ME, COME OUT AND TRY IT.
Group sizes are no bigger than 20
Exercises are modified if necessary to address any individual issues
Ages vary from 20 to 80 :)

No more than 10 people in a class, combination of cardio and weight training formats. Classes will constantly vary, between bootcamps, tabata, mini circuits, 5 station circuits, pyramids, E.M.O.M., A.M.R.A.P., using muscle confusion philosophy to challenge your fitness level.
If you have any aches and pains or injuries, I will try to address them the best I can and help you reduce or eliminate issues.
