fall... the time of year for change. Are you ready for yours?
Over the years I have learned and try to instill in my clients that it's not about weight loss. It is about tracking success and progress by measuring percent body fat and the inches lost or gained depending on your goals. Also, the way you feel, the increased amount of energy, flexibility and the reduction of aches and pains you experience.
Above is a chart that will help give you a guideline as to where you should be. If your interested in seeing what your percent body fat is, please contact me and set up a free assessment. Look forward to hearing from you.
Before any proper game plan can be put together to change your body composition, it is very important that any aches, pains and instabilities are addressed and attended to, otherwise you will be starting off with a weak foundation and be prone to injury.
Another thing to keep in mind is the amount of cardio you are doing in relation to resistance training. It is important to challenge your potential when it comes to lifting weights and keep in mind that cardio is for keeping the heart strong. My female clients learn over time that they will not get bulky if they introduce a heavier weight load to their program.
We will sit down and put a game plan together that fits your needs.
