No more than 4 people in the group, combination of cardio and weight training formats. Training will constantly vary, between bootcamps, tabata, mini circuits, 5 station circuits, pyramids, E.M.O.M., A.M.R.A.P., using muscle confusion philosophy to challenge your fitness level.
If you have any aches and pains or injuries, I will try to address them the best I can and help you reduce or eliminate issues.
